The LUBING Top-Climate- System was developed for an effective humidifying, cooling and dust binding of the house air. It works according to the principle of the direct evaporative cooling.

Cooling:
Through high pressure nozzles water is injected into the house air with a pressure of 70 bar as fog. The fog evaporates immediately and thereby it extracts heat energy from air. So it comes to a cooling of the house air. The ventilation rate can be throttled and saved by this cooling effect energy.

Humidifying:
At the heating period and after the arrival of young animals the LUBING Top- Climate-System is used for the rise of the humidity to the optimal value.

The LUBING Top-Climate- System proved itself worldwide in poultry-houses. The system co-operates successfully with any kind of ventilation system. Even in open houses with only low compulsory ventilation, a considerable improvement of the house climate is reached.

The LUBING Top-Climate- System contributes substantially to the animal health and animal activity at laying hens and fattening poultry – even at the rearing. So the medicine application is reduced.

We like to issue an individual free quotation for you. Since that lay-out of the LUBING Top-Climate-System depends on the house dimensions, the air conditioning system and the animal species.

The delivery program for the LUBING Top-Climate-System covers beside the various small articles such as the installation accessories also the switch boxes and control computers.

LUBING Controller for the TOP-Climate-System

With the LUBING Controller art. 7711, 7712, 7721 and 7722 for poultry houses and the LUBING Controller art. 7706 and 7708 for pig houses are controlled the aggregates of the TOP-Climate-System.

 

Compact operation with user-friendly surface. The LUBING Controller for he individual attitude of the LUBING TOP-Climate-Systems.

All controllers are equipped with following basic functions:

	One / Off press button: With that you turn on the pump unit or shutdown. For a general shutdown of the overall system there is a main power switch at the pump unit.
	Hand- / Automatic press button: At activating of this press button the pump unit works about sensors or an external climate computer in a fully-automatic way.
	Dust bandage press button: With the activating of this press button the aggregate is started in a set distance shortly. With that the dust content is reduced in the air reliably even if the stable climate does not require any commitment of the top climate system.
	Timer: Here the system can be started according to an entered time of day and stopped.

With the keyboard in the middle the values, special functions and system parameters could be changed. The house wetting appertains to the special functions. Here the house wetting is given and started the course of events. The basic settings as for example the time or the language (at this time German and English) appertain to the system parameters. With the pressure check is safeguarded by the pump against no-load and the house against damages caused by water through for example pipe burst.

For the controller art. 7721 / 7722 can sensors for the measurement of the temperature art. 7730 and for the humidity art. 7731 being connected. With that a fully-automatic operation is made possible in dependence of these values.

The Top-Climate-system should not be used without interrogation of these values!

Alternative:
Interrogation of the values from available climate computers.

Fan press button: Here two values can be stored for a fan control. These values are entered temperature dependent and can be used for two exhaust rings or fan stages.

Art. 7706	for multi houses with up to 6 separately steerable boxes.
Art. 7708	7708 as an enlargement of the art. 7706 with up to 8 more selectable boxes.
