Perfect water supply for ducks

The central element of the floor-watering system is the TOP-Nipple. The combination of TOP-Nipple and large Drip Cup Art. 4617 ensures a dry manure and a optimum flow for every age! The height of the drinking lines have to be adjusted to the size of the birds!
The height is right, when the ducks reach the nipples with lifted beak.

A table for the height of the drinker line for the floor-watering system, which is included in each delivery, makes it easy to find the right height option from the first day on.

The LUBING Floor-Watering System consists of the following elements:

1. Water Supply
2. Drinking Elements
3. Breather Unit
4. Suspension

1. Water Supply:

With the main water supply we achieve an optimal water quality for a long life of the drinking trough. The water should have drinking water quality. It is absolutely necessary to filter the water. Water is supplied via the ball tank or over a pressure regulator with integrated flush facility. Both versions are available for the end connection or the middle connection.

2. Drinking Elements:

The drinking lines are supplied in assembled elements of 3 m length. These elements are then coupled together through the length of the house.

3. Breather Unit:

A breather revolving unit is installed at the end of the drinking line for the ventilation and the flush.

4. Suspension:

The suspension of the drinking lines is supplied via hangers which are stuck on the aluminium profiles approx. every 3 m. These hangers are connected with the suspension lines via ceiling pulleys with the central hoisting cable. Then the drinking line can be adjusted to the required height by the hand or middle winches or it can be winched up easily to the ceiling for emptying and cleaning.
