Cage Rearing

Drinking Systems for Cage Rearing
AufzuchtThe height of the drinking lines in rearing cages have to be adjusted to the size of the birds.

For that
LUBING developed two systems.

One system adjusted the height of the whole nipple pipe with the screwed in nipples centrally in the cage. This central height adjustment can occure by a tension rod or cable.

The other system keeps the nipple pipe on one level and the nipples are moved in holders in the height.

This achieves through a decentralized height adjustment with separately adjustable brackets.Through that the optimal supply of the animals is guaranteed.

The water is supplied via LUBING Balltank or the Pressure regulator. The drinking sections are coupled together through the length of the cage. The LUBING nipples are the main item of the system. According to cage type the splashed water can be caught differently. At the end of every drinker line a LUBING breather unit is installed.

The height adjustment of the drinking lines:
Simple height adjustment without level change of the drinking lines
Höhenverstellung The height of the nipples will be adjusted with the adjustable bracket art. 4338 and 4370 according to the animal age, while the drinking line remains unchanged in its position. The water supply of the nipples occurs via hoses that balance the height difference. With this system TOP-nipples without drip cup are used.Tubing enables a slight regulation of the height - also for every cage individual.

Central height adjustment of the whole drinking line
Höhenverstellung
The whole drinking line is centrally adjustable in height. The nipple pipe is attached with plastic ropes and the nipple pipe clips art. 4315 on a tension rod or cable. The sliding frame art. 4340 prevents a sticking or canting of the adjustable nipple pipe. Optionally TOP-nipples could be used with or without drip cups.
The well-proved suspension system guarantees the exact and problem-free regulation of the whole drinking line.
