The water is continuously circulated by the integrated circulation unit. The pump located at the intake of the system and the circulation end piece thus allow for the water to cycle. A float switch regulates the pump unit‘s on-off control mechanism. The desired amount of water to be pumped into the upper line is infinitely adjustable with the flow rate controller. When it is set in the direction of „+“, more water is pumped into the upper drinking trough line; with settings in the direction of „–“, more water is pumped into the bypass loop of the circulation unit. As with other LUBING drinking troughs, the height of the water column is set at the pressure regulator. The correct height setting is measured at the vent at the pressure regulator directly.
